Max Q is our design philosophy. We ensure your product will work under extreme conditions, whatever they may be for your industry. These extreme conditions are the maximum load or set of circumstances under which your prodcut must be used. In some cases, it may be a mission critical system in an aircraft. In others, it may simply be extreme heat from outdoor operations in desert locations. Some products have to withstand particularly corrosive environments. Whatever is unique to your product's usage, we identify and design the electronics and manufacturing processes that will best ensure continued operation.
It's easy to design something that will work under 'normal' conditions. We're often called in to fix designs that passed acceptance tests on the bench in the lab, but failed miserably in the field. Creating standards and methods of analysis to ensure your product will work under extreme conditions demands much more knowledge, experience, and creativity. And we happen to be very good at this!
