Max Q Systems, Inc. was founded in 1981 by Fred Mosher, an electrical engineer with a background in designing high-reliability solutions to the most challenging problems in aerospace and industry. The company was immediately successful and had to relocate twice in two years before finally settling in a more spacious office and warehouse in Tustin, CA that included plenty of room to grow. Still, the company expanded beyond initial capacity and acquired additional space (right next door!) in 2002.
