A recent project for a piece of Automated Test Equipment included a dynometer. The system was responsible for performing the acceptance test of emergency close valves. Electronic and software design elements were developed to control a gearbox (pictured above) that ran the valves under test.

 


To support our design and development work, we use SolidWorks and AutoCad. These computer aided software packages provide excellent visualization tools, such as 3D modeling, that allow us to better communicate with our customer.

It also gives us a clearer picture of the impact of design choices in the areas of material, process, dimension, and tolerance.
