Our products are built to last. Even our industrial assemblies have seen service lives in the 15+ year range. Max Q Systems supports our designs for the life of the product. This policy stands for both mass manufactured goods as well as custom designed single systems (such as ATEs).

WARRANTY POLICY:
Max Q Systems warrants that its products will be free from defects in workmanship and/or material under normal use and service for a period of one year from date of delivery. No obligation will arise on Max Q Systems’ part until the product or system is returned to Max Q Systems’ facility in Tustin, California. The responsibilities of Max Q Systems under the warranty are limited to, at our option, to either repair or replace said product with charge or without charge. If Max Q Systems replaces or repairs any or part of a product or system, the system will carry a warranty of six (6) months from date of delivery. (Max Q Systems retains ownership of all parts removed from repaired or upgraded products or systems.)
